How much does a swap cost with the Moving action, and can I swap a trader with a merchant?
The rulebook says moving rearranges pieces by swapping positions up to your Book of Lore value.

Each piece you move counts as one move toward your Book of Lore limit (2 at the start), so swapping two pieces uses two moves. You can swap a trader and a merchant. There is no separate swap action; pieces move simultaneously, so you may move onto a space whose occupant is also leaving.
