How does the Extra Office bonus marker work?

It modifies the office step of a route claim. You place the route's piece to the left of the leftmost existing office in an adjacent city that already has at least one office, ignoring shape and privilege restrictions. It is not an action and cannot be used outside a claim, and gives only one office per claim.
