Contents and Setup

2+ players. Age 8+.

Contents:

• 50 Game Cards
• 6 Clue Cards
• Instruction Manual
• Card Case

Object: Guess in 10 is all about asking intelligent questions to guess what's shown on the Game Cards. Think hard, ask questions whose answers are either "Yes" or "No", use your clues wisely, and be the first player or team to win 7 Game Cards.

Setup:

• Shuffle the Game Cards and place them in the case provided.
• Place the case horizontally in the box.
• Give 3 Clue Cards to each player or team. (If there are more than 2 players, you must divide yourselves into 2 teams.)

What is the card made up of?

A Game Card has the following parts:

• Buzzwords: the words at the top of the card.
• Facts: the information panels on the card.
• Clues: three numbered clues on the card.
• Bonus Questions: the bonus question printed at the bottom of the card.

Let's Play

1. The youngest player or the team with the youngest player goes first.
2. Your opponent draws a Game Card and reads out the first 2 Buzzwords.
3. You then ask up to 10 questions to guess what's shown on the card. You can only ask questions that have the answers "Yes" or "No".
4. If your opponent holding the card doesn't know the answer to your question, then that question is not counted as 1 of the 10 questions.
5. You only have 2 guesses per Game Card. If you have guessed two times incorrectly, the Game Card is discarded and your turn is over.

Bonus Questions

If you have guessed the card correctly, you have the option to answer the Bonus Question. If you choose the Bonus Question, you must answer it.

1. If you answer it correctly, you keep the Game Card and get 3 Buzzwords at the start of your next turn. (This is a big advantage!)
2. If your answer is incorrect, you lose the Game Card you just won.
3. If you choose not to ask for the Bonus Question, you still keep the card you just won.

Clue Cards

1. You can use your 3 Clue Cards at any point in the game to help you guess the card. Use them wisely because you have only 3 Clue Cards for the entire game!
2. To use your Clue Card, place it in the middle of your playing space and choose a number from 1 to 3. This will determine which clue you get.

IMPORTANT: If the information in the clue you've chosen has already been established through previously asked questions, you can pick another clue instead.

To Win

TO WIN: Be the first player or team to win 7 Game Cards.
