After completing a bomb, can I take a replacement before everyone has placed their dice?
Yes, per the designer's latest word (2022): you may clear completed bombs and choose new ones before the remaining dice are placed, in 1 and 2 player games too. The designer's 2015 and 2016 replies said to wait in 1 to 2 player games, but that was overturned. In 3 to 5 player games it was always immediate.
