Can I load a Vehicle or visit a Travel Destination between paying an action's cost and taking the action, or in the middle of an action?

Generally no. Most players treat paying and carrying out an action as uninterrupted, so loading or selling at a Travel Destination happens between actions (for example not in the middle of a Wainwright build). The wording is vague, but one poster reports that Feuerland confirmed you cannot pay an action's cost, travel, then carry out the action.
