40 Cupcake Parts, 15 Game Tiles, 10 Recipe Cards, 1 Game Rules Manual.

Object

Complete as many of your recipes as you can before it's time for the cupcake party.

Set Up

1. Deal an equal number of Recipe Cards to each player. Set extra cards back in the box.
2. All players flip their cards pink-side up for the first game. (Then, next time you play, have all players flip their cards purple-side up. Switch from game to game, but during one game all players must have the same color face up.)
3. Place all the separated cupcake parts in the center of the play area.
4. Turn all the Game Tiles face down and mix them up.

The player with the next birthday goes first.

How to Play

On your turn, flip over one Game Tile and follow the instructions below depending on what type of tile you flipped.

Topper, Frosting, Cake, Wrapper and Cupcake Part tiles are shown with their parts pictured on the tile in the manual. The printed instructions for each are:

• Topper: Take any one Topper you need to complete one of your recipes.
• Frosting: Take any one Frosting you need to complete one of your recipes.
• Cake: Take any one Cake you need to complete one of your recipes.
• Wrapper: Take any one Wrapper you need to complete one of your recipes.
• Cupcake Part: Take Any one Cupcake Part you need to complete one of your recipes.

Leave the Game Tile face-up. When you have completed a cupcake put it on top of the Recipe Card.

The game comes with 10 double-sided Recipe Cards. You can only play with one color per game — choose either pink or purple.

Clock Tiles

If it's a Clock Tile, leave it face up near any other Clock Tiles. When all four Clock Tiles are turned face up, the game is over (see Ending the Game section below).

Mix Up Tiles

If it's a Mix Up Tile, flip over all of the tiles, INCLUDING THE CLOCK TILES, so they are face-down again and mix them up.

Now it's the next player's turn.

Ending the Game

The game ends in one of two ways:

1. If all four Clock Tiles are turned face up, the game is over.
2. If one player completes all of the cupcakes for her Recipe Cards, the game is over.

It's time for the party! Count up your completed cupcakes. The player with the most completed cupcakes is the winner.
