When one effect triggers another, is the triggered effect resolved right away or after the triggering effect finishes?

A ruling by Nikki Valens, quoted in the thread, says triggered effects resolve after the triggering event has resolved. When several effects resolve at the same moment, the Reference Guide's Conflicts rule lets the active investigator order them; the thread found no further timing rules.
