Can Masks of Nyarlathotep be combined with Under the Pyramids?
Yes. Shuffle the common cards into their decks and keep the adventure decks separate. Under the Pyramids is not required for Masks, but a few Masks items (such as personal story results for Under the Pyramids and Signs of Carcosa investigators) only matter if you own them.
