Which actions can I take when a monster is on my space?
The rulebook blocks Rest with a Monster present, and players agree Acquire Assets is blocked too and the other actions are not.

Rest and Acquire Assets are blocked while a monster is on your space. Travel, Prepare for Travel, Trade and component actions all stay available. Moving away from the monster is therefore always possible in the Action Phase.
