How many Caballeros does each player have, and where do they start?

Each player has 31 cubes in their color. Ten are set up as follows: two Caballeros start beside your Grande in your home region, one starts on the first space of the success track (it is your score marker), and seven go in your court. The remaining Caballeros form your reserve, the provinces. The rulebook calls the player's force 30 Caballeros; the cube on the success track is the 31st.
