Can Militia or Delegation put Caballeros in the Castillo in the newest edition?
Based on one or two forum replies, or on contested readings; no official ruling.

Apparently not for the special action. The newest edition's card text says 'regions of your choice', and since the Castillo is not a region, players read that as excluding it; ordinary placement can still go there.
