Where does the extra Caballero set with the secret disk come from at setup?
From the province. Each player starts with 2 Caballeros in the home region, plus one more from the province placed in the region on the secret disk, and 7 in the court as in the base game. One English quote suggests taking it from the court, but the German rules and a poster who checked say province.
