How does the limit table work?

Caballeros don't move with the table; only the empty table moves and is refilled from the new region. The table caps how many Caballeros count for scoring there. Displaced Caballeros fill the table first if there is room; if no one has the Grand Inquisitor and the Castillo overfills it, the extras sit beside it.
