Goal Cards
Place the goal cards face up next to the board. Players may claim these cards when they meet the requirements listed on the card. Once a card is claimed, it cannot be claimed by another player. Goal cards are worth 3 VP each at game end.
Legend of the Defender (+3 VP)
Claim this card when… you have at least 12 armies on 1 island.
Legend of the Hidden (+3 VP)
Claim this card when… you have armies on at least 4 regions that you don't control.
Legend of the Builder (+3 VP)
Claim this card when… you have built all 3 of your cities.
Legend of the Wanderer (+3 VP)
Claim this card when… you have only 1 army on 6 different regions.
