How to Play
Prepare weak and strong alcohol. Strong drinks are used as stricter penalties!
Gather your friends.
Choose a referee (the person who will settle disputes).
Shuffle the cards and place them face down in the center of the table.
Take turns drawing cards from the top of the deck and carrying out the instructions on them!
Card Types
There are four card categories, shown by the following icons: Action (clapperboard), Chip (star) and Rule (gavel). Power and Weakness cards are described separately below.
- Action (Действие): must be played and discarded immediately.
- Chip (Фишка): kept secret until it is played. Immediately after it is played it must be discarded.
- Rule (Правило): all players must obey the rules. Rule cards are placed in the center of the table so that everyone can see them.
- At most 2 rules can be in effect at the same time. If a third rule is drawn, it replaces the earlier one.
Power (Сила): strengthens only the player who drew it. Power cards are placed in front of their owners so that all players can see them.
Weakness (Слабость): weakens only the player who drew it. Weakness cards are placed in front of their owners so that all players can see them.
Wild cards (Шальные карты): Podshofe (Подшофе), Bukhoy (Бухой), Zyuzya (Зюзя) and Debosh (Дебош). Make up your own properties for these cards and change them depending on the game mode!
Table Layout
The rulebook shows an example of how a table should look. The illustration labels the following areas (the labels are transcribed as printed; the text does not describe them further):
- Power (Сила)
- Weakness (Слабость)
- Rules (Правила)
- Action (Действие)
- Chip (Фишка)
- Deck (Колода) and Discard pile (Стопка сброса)
The illustration is captioned "...play until the cards run out, or until everyone is drunk!" (Играйте, пока не закончатся карты, или пока все не напьются!).
Classic Mode (Классика)
Classic mode (from 15 minutes), for 3 or more players.
- Choose how many cards you will play with. The more cards, the longer the game.
- Be sure to include the Wild cards (Podshofe, Bukhoy, Zyuzya and Debosh) in the game deck.
- Shuffle the cards, place a glass in the center of the table and spread the deck around it face down.
- Take turns drawing cards.
- * Each time a player draws a Wild card, they must top up the glass in the center of the table with something.
- Attention! Whoever draws the last Wild card is declared the loser and must drink the contents of the glass!
Team Variant (Собутыльники)
Team variant (from 20 minutes), for 2 or more teams.
- Agree on a supply of drinks. The team whose supply runs out first is declared the loser. All teams must start with the same supply.
- Split into equal teams. Distribute your team's supply among its members as you see fit.
- Shuffle the deck and place it in the center of the table face down. Teams take turns drawing cards from the deck.
- Your goal is to make your opponents drink their supply before you drink yours. The team that drinks fastest loses! Ugh!
Note: if a team draws a Wild card, its opponents top up their supply! In this mode, we recommend using non-strong drinks.
Skillful Variant (Ловкачи)
For those confident in themselves (from 10 to 15 minutes), for 3 or more players.
- Place a bottle or a glass in the center of the table (playing with a glass is easier).
- Take turns drawing cards from the deck and carrying out the tasks on them.
- After playing a card, the player must place it on the bottle or glass in the center of the table so that at least two corners are in the air.
- * For greater difficulty, leave all three corners in the air!
- Whoever knocks over the card structure is declared the loser and must drink the contents of the bottle or glass!
