Mombasa: Cooked Books (mini expansion)
Expands Mombasa.
Components
- 3 new A-book tiles
- 3 new B-book tiles
- Majority bonus space "bookkeeper"
Setup
Add the 6 new book tiles to the book tiles of the base game.
Place the majority bonus space "bookkeeper" to the right of the game board. This bonus space is additional to the other bonus spaces and remains there for the rest of the game.
Rules
The new book tiles
To meet the requirement of such a book tile, you must pay the depicted amount of pounds to the bank. It has no immediate reward, but shows a bonus value instead.
At the end of the game, the bonus values of all new book tiles that your ink jar marker has reached or passed are added to your usual reached value in the bookkeeping scoring category.
Caption printed under the example bookkeeping track: "The total value of this bookkeeping track is 35."
Majority bonus space "bookkeeper"
You are only allowed to place your bonus marker onto this bonus space if currently no other player has a higher total of bookkeepers (cards and/or bonus tile) face up in his action area than you (a tie is sufficient).
Your bookkeepers are not used up by this action.
Reward
- If you have only 1 bookkeeper, gain 2 pounds from the bank.
- If you have 2 bookkeepers, gain 5 pounds from the bank.
- If you have 3 or more bookkeepers, gain 9 pounds from the bank.
Isle of Skye: From Chieftain to King, Adjacency Scrolls
Expands Isle of Skye: From Chieftain to King.
Put all landscape tiles, including the six new ones, into the bag and shuffle them. These tiles are handled exactly like any other tile.
The new tiles introduce so-called adjacency scrolls providing victory points for adjacent animals, buildings, and ships. Only features on the four directly adjacent tiles count, as indicated by the arrows pointing at them. As usual, these points are doubled if the scroll is in a completed area.
The six new tiles
- 2 VP for each adjacent farm
- 2 VP for each adjacent broch
- 2 VP for each adjacent lighthouse
- 1 VP for each adjacent ship
- 1 VP for each adjacent cattle
- 1 VP for each adjacent sheep
T.I.M.E Stories: Special Reward
Expands T.I.M.E Stories. The sheet is the English panel of a folded leaflet; its French and German panels are not included. It is printed as a letter, transcribed here as printed.

Your next mission is scheduled in a few weeks time, so relax and enjoy your Christmas Day. I don't want you to stay idle though, so here is a new toy from our guys at R&D.
They named it the Singularity Powered Insertion Enhancement Level 3. You've been issued a very limited quantity of these so you'll have to destroy each beacon after use.
You can only use these beacons in the third run of a mission.
After entering a location, but before reading the 'A' card, you may decide to use the beacon. If you do, flip all the cards on the location, except those with state tokens or other special restrictions, and read them.
Once read, flip them back and proceed normally.
