Survivor Card: Roberta Plum

Printed values: 15 (card value), a burst symbol with 2+, and a magnifying-glass symbol with 3+. These are printed values; the card carries no rules text for them.
ANYWHERE: At the beginning of your turn, if you have 1 or more junk cards in your hand, you may initiate a gift exchange with another player. Give the chosen player a junk card from your hand and place it into their hand. The chosen player must unequip an item from a survivor they control, and immediately equip that item on Roberta.

If Roberta Plum is in play and is not exiled: Roberta has a hangover and the noise in the colony is killing her head. But she's got the go-to solution: cough syrup and flour.
Option 1
Players must collectively remove 1 food card and 1 medicine card from the game. Roberta whips up a batch of her special Sleepy Time Christmas Cookies and hands them out to everyone she can. Helpless survivors do not count towards the total number of survivors when determining how much food the colony needs or when placing zombies during the next 2 colony phases.
Option 2
Repulsed, everyone rejects Roberta's request. Nothing happens.
Alternative
If Forest Plum is in play, his controlling player may decide to trigger this alternate option. Forest drinks all of Roberta's cough syrup. Stoned out of his mind, Forest brings mirth to the colony by acting the fool. Raise morale by 1.
