Setup
This pack provides you with 13 new Super-Villains to use with any of your DC Deck-Building Game base sets. When building the Super-Villain stack, you may choose to replace the starting Super-Villain with Lex Luthor. The rest of the Super-Villains in this pack can be mixed with the Super-Villains from the set you are playing before selecting the remaining 7 cards for the Super-Villain stack.
Alternatively, you can build the full Super-Villain stack with the cards included in this pack. If you do, we recommend grouping the Super-Villains and using a specific number of them based on cost. Put the cards with a cost of 11 or more on the bottom, 9 to 10 in the middle, and the 8-cost Super-Villain on top.

Specific Card Clarifications
Lex Luthor: You may only put cards that are still in your hand on top of your deck. That means you will not be able to play those cards this turn. You are saving those cards to play next turn.
Giganta: You will look at the top 2 cards of your deck a total of 3 times from this card's effect.
Riddler: The 2 cards from the main deck are placed in front of you. If the unchosen card is face down, turn it face up before adding it to the Line-Up. You only get to see the topmost card of your deck before making your decision. If you do not destroy the card you looked at from this First Appearance – Attack, put it back on top of your deck.
Scarecrow: No Defense cards may be used against an Unavoidable First Appearance – Attack.
Sinestro: For the play effect, each foe in turn order chooses what card they gain. You must pass at least one of the cards you look at from this First Appearance – Attack. The cards you do not pass are returned to the top of your deck in the same order they were before you looked at them.
Solomon Grundy: Solomon Grundy will never enter your discard pile.
