Mera - Queen of Atlantis
This card is a participation prize printing (alternate art) of Mera: Queen of Atlantis. Its printed rules text is not legible in the card scan available for this transcription, so it has not been reproduced here. The sourcer reports that the text matches the Mera: Queen of Atlantis card from the War of Light set; that was not independently checked, so the printed text should be confirmed against a clear scan of this card before the section is completed.
