Can I use Coins gained from my tent's personal-board bonus for a later action in the same turn?
The Key Concepts say gains from one action may pay for following actions.

Yes. Anything you gain from one action can pay for the following actions, such as a Navigation that ends on a campsite. You cannot use it to pay the tent's own cost, which is paid first.
