In setup, do you draft Crew cards before or after the starting objectives?
The rulebook's setup section lists the Crew draft first and the Starting Objectives second.

Crew cards come first, then the starting Objective pairs are drafted. Some groups lay out the objective pairs face up before the crew draft so the last drafter can plan, and the Tabletop Simulator version draws objectives first, but both are variations on the written order.
