Can I complete Objectives or Crew cards during the Reward Phase?
The publisher said objectives can be completed in the Reward Phase, and the rulebook allows it.

Yes, at any time in the Reward Phase, for example while resolving an Envelope reward or after Beagle scoring. The Beagle goal is scored once, so an Objective that needs its points can only be completed after that scoring and later Stamps do not change the score.
