How do Antidote tokens work in Oceania?

At setup you cover two bonuses on your board, an objective reward and a Stamp-stack reward, with Antidote tokens. You get the Antidote when you complete that objective or empty that stack, and the Antidote replaces the covered reward. You use it when received or forfeit it, as it cannot be stored. Leaving the token on the board is just a way to track it.
