Can I move an Explorer or Ship zero spaces to trigger the reward of the space it is on?
No. A movement action must move at least 1 space, so you cannot stay put to collect a reward again. You may move fewer than the maximum, as long as it is at least one space. The rulebook only says "up to" the action's number; the publisher added the minimum.
