Promo 01: Renovation of the Castle
Printed: title "Renovation of the Castle", heading "Start of Round", card number "PROMO 01", and the number 35 in the castle medallion.
The printed effect is icon-only:
- Four red markers in a row, each showing a "1" and linked to the next by a curved arrow.
- Beneath them, from left to right, four resource icons: Wood, Stone, Grain, Cloth.
Unverified: the card does not print the effect in words, and the icons alone do not establish what the red markers do or whether each listed resource is gained. This section does not state an effect. Check the physical card before relying on it. The number 35 is printed without an explanation on the card.
Promo 02: Diplomat
Printed: title "Diplomat", card number "PROMO 02", type "A" in both bottom corners (Type A Advisor).
Recruit cost (top): 1 Gold Coin and 1 Cloth, shown above an arrow pointing into the portrait. The cost is read from the base rulebook's statement that the top of an Advisor card shows the recruiting costs.
Citizen Points gained immediately (bottom left): 4. The base rulebook states that Citizen Points are shown on the bottom left of the Advisor card.
Ability (bottom right): 1 Signet Ring, shown as an arrow, leading to 1 Wood.
- Reading (unverified wording): Discard 1 Signet Ring to take 1 Wood. The arrow and the icons are read this way; the printed card has no sentence confirming it.
Banners:
- Left green banner: lightning bolt. Its meaning is not printed in words, and the base rulebook does not name this icon.
- Right green banner: "1x". Read as once per turn, matching the base rulebook's "1x per turn" wording for Advisor timing.
- Unverified: the banner meanings are readings, not printed rules text.
Promo 03: Working Animal
Printed: title "Working Animal", card number "PROMO 03", type "B" in both bottom corners (Type B Advisor).
Recruit cost (top): 2 Breads, shown as two bread loaves above an arrow pointing into the portrait.
Citizen Points gained immediately (bottom left): 8.
Additional immediate bonus (bottom right): 8 Building Points, shown as a house with a red roof. Reading: the house denotes Building Points. The base rulebook says that some Advisors give an additional immediate bonus, and it does not name this icon.
Ability: a single green banner with a lightning bolt and no other text. The base rulebook states that Type B Advisors' abilities are immediate and one-time. Whether the lightning bolt marks that timing is an inference and is unverified.
Unverified readings
Printed on the cards only as icons, so these readings are not confirmed by printed words:
- Promo 01: the effect of the four red markers, whether the four resources are gained, and the meaning of the number 35.
- Promo 02: the Signet Ring-to-Wood effect wording, and the meaning of the lightning bolt and "1x" banners.
- Promo 03: the house icon as Building Points, and the meaning of the lightning bolt banner.
