Does the solo bot get fruit or treasure again for repeat camps on the same space?
One player's reading; the bot rules do not address repeat camps for fruit or treasure.

Probably not. The rulebook does not say, but players treat the bot like a normal player, so only its first camp on a fruit or treasure space pays out. White tower VP is different: the bot scores 1 VP per camp on a white tower.
