Does a wrong guess still end the turn after a 0 or unlimited clue?
The rulebook states this directly.

Yes. Unlimited guesses only means no cap on correct guesses. Touching a bystander, an enemy agent or the assassin ends the turn as usual, and you still must make at least one guess.
