Every person must finish on a legal module: patients in a treatment or operating room of their own service, Outpatient Services or pre-admissions; doctors in a treatment room, operating room, Outpatient Services, lab or service hub; orderlies in a supply room (one each). Nurses may be in a service hub, treatment room or operating room. Nobody may stop on an entrance or helipad, including new hires. Passing through a full room is always allowed.
