In solo play, what happens to unhired nurses at the end of a round?
Admin step 6 removes the round's unhired nurses, and a player applies it to solo.

Remove the nurses still in the column for the round just played, as in a multiplayer game. Solo has one nurse per column, so any unhired one is discarded.
