An orderly costs $1 and, while standing in a Supply Room, discounts $3 of facility upkeep (a net $2 gain). It does not reduce salaries, and an orderly is not needed for a supply room to supply treatment rooms. The supply holds 2 orderlies per player and is not refilled; one player may hire them all.
