Can one building have two service hubs on the same floor, or two in different buildings?
The rulebook states one hub per floor per building and the designer confirmed the reading.

One building may have only one service hub per floor, but separate buildings can each have their own on the same floor. That also lets you own two hubs of the same type, e.g. two Psychiatry hubs, if they are in different buildings or on different floors.
