If I have a matching doctor in a room, must I treat the patient?
Unclear. A clarifications file says staff in a module must treat any patient they can, and you avoid that by moving them away during Move. Another reply says treatment is optional except with the ICU module. The rulebook has you assign doctors to patients and is silent on refusing. Moving staff away in the Move step is the safe way to avoid it.
