Can one service hub serve several treatment rooms, and one supply room several treatment rooms?
The designer answered both, and the rulebook says a supply room can support several treatment rooms.

Yes to both. A hub can serve every adjacent treatment room or operating room on its floor (up to four neighbours), and one supply room can supply every adjacent treatment room, even on other floors or under different hubs.
