A staff member lies down alone in an empty service hub, which costs 3 time, and in Business produces a Blood token (no dedicated hub is needed, any empty one works). Next round a nurse can carry the token to a treatment room at no extra time beyond her normal movement. A nurse with a token and no doctor in the room improves one patient by one colour for full income, then stands on the patient so they don't worsen in Admin. If a doctor who can treat the patient is present, the doctor treats instead.
