Cost: 2 (shown as the blue diamond with the number 2 at the top left of the card).
Victory points: Worth 1 VP for each other card in your deck that has three or more lines of game text.
Card notes
The card's printed text reads: "Worth 1 VP for each other card in your deck that has three or more lines of game text." The victory-point icon on the card face is written here as "VP".
The count is of the other cards in the player's deck. The Bureaucratic Tome does not count itself.
The card face also shows a yellow boot icon at the left below the cost, a green badge with a question mark at the top right, and a number 4 in the lower-right corner. None of these is explained by any printed text on the card, so they are not transcribed. The cost and VP text above follow the printed cost diamond and the printed ability text.
