How does Reborn in Blood's second battle work?

After the first battle's casualties are removed, a full second battle takes place with all survivors of every side. Hits don't carry over, and Khorne's upgraded Warriors strike first again. If all Khorne's figures died in the first battle, he has no figures to roll in the second.
