If The Grail is Found removes corruption from a ruined region, are ruination points still scored?
The end phase order puts Resolve Old World Cards before Score Ruined Regions, which requires tokens present.

Ruiner points are scored when the region is ruined in the corruption phase. First- and second-place points, however, are scored in the end phase after Old World cards resolve, so if the Grail has removed every corruption token there, nobody scores those. Old World cards resolve before ruined regions are scored.
