How is domination calculated?

Add the printed costs of your Chaos cards in the region to the number of your figures there. Figure type does not matter, so a Greater Daemon counts as one, and a card's printed cost counts even if you paid less. The highest value must exceed the region's Resistance (equal is not enough), and a tie for highest means nobody dominates.
