Object of the Game
With skill and steady nerves, the players carefully remove champagne glasses from the pyramid without knocking over any other glasses. The player who can collect the most glasses wins.

Components
- 55 clear champagne glasses
- 1 red champagne glass

Setup
All glasses are stacked on top of one another, such that the base of a glass sits centrally on the rims of three glasses whose rims each all touch one another.
The 56 champagne glasses are stacked in a pyramid so that six triangular levels result. The bottom level consists of 21 glasses in total, with 6 glasses per side of the triangle. The second-lowest level consists of 15 glasses, with 5 glasses per side, and so on. The red champagne glass forms the apex of the pyramid.
Gameplay
The starting player is decided by a quick contest (ausgeknobelt). Play proceeds clockwise. The players play individually, each for themselves, or in teams.
When a player is on turn, they attempt to take one champagne glass from one of the 5 lower levels of the pyramid. The red champagne glass may never be removed.
If a player successfully removes a glass from the pyramid without knocking over any other glasses, the player sets that glass down in front of themselves, and the next player is on turn.
If the player, however, knocks over one or more glasses, or removes more than one glass from the pyramid, then these glasses are taken out of the game and the player comes away empty-handed for this round.
Gameplay (heading repeated on the sheet)
The German sheet prints the heading "Spielverlauf" a second time above the end-of-game text. It is reproduced here as printed.
The game ends as soon as a player knocks over the red champagne glass. That player loses, and the fellow player (Mitspieler) who was able to collect the most glasses wins.
