How do the red question-mark harvest markers work?
The rulebook lists the three cases; the designer also confirmed the first two are not harvests.

The first red question mark means no harvest at all that round. The second means no harvest either, but you pay 1 Food per dwarf. From the third onward you choose whether to play the Field phase or the Breeding phase (not both), and everyone still feeds their dwarves.
