When a Goblin covers a water source, do I get the Food, and what if rubies pay for the tile?
You get the Food when the Goblin takes the tile through an action on the board. If rubies buy the tile, those are paid by your folk and not the Goblin, so folk restrictions still apply. An earlier reply that treated this differently was corrected.
