Can the Beer Parlor, Hunting Parlor and similar conversion tiles be used more than once?
Yes. Conversions printed on furnishing tiles can be used as often as you like, at any time before final scoring, and there is no per-round limit. The 'before scoring' wording just means goods must be converted before the scoring starts, so nothing is counted twice.
