Calico Jack (Stray Cat)

This is a Stray Cat card. The card's printed text reads:

5VP if you have the pirate costume. When adopted, steal a tuna from your neighbors.

Notes on the Card

• The card's name is "Calico Jack" and its card type is "Stray Cat". Stray Cats are handled as described in the Cat Lady base rules.
• The text "5VP if you have the pirate costume" is a scoring condition: if the owner has the pirate costume at scoring, the card is worth 5 VP.
• The text "When adopted, steal a tuna from your neighbors" is an adoption effect. It is triggered when the card is adopted.
• The printed card also shows the words "BOW" in the top-left corner and a number "1" beside a tuna-can icon at the bottom. These symbols are reproduced here as printed. The printed text does not explain them, so no meaning is assigned to them in this document.
