The card is the only component with printed rules text. The printed text does not print a rules sheet or say when during the game the card is used beyond "instead of your regular turn." Use the base Castles of Mad King Ludwig rules for taking turns, the scoring of points, and the coins and money in the game.
The large numeral 15 is printed in the card's banner at the top of the card. The card does not print the words "points" or "gain"; the BGG item description reads "Gain 15 points." The card's own printed text is treated as the rule here.
The coins on the card each print the value 500, so the card as printed shows three 500 coins. The BGG item description says "give another player 15,000." That total does not match the printed coins (3 × 500 = 1,500), and the card's printed values were transcribed as printed rather than corrected to match the description.
The card is a one-use alternative to the regular turn. The printed asterisk states it may only be used once per game.
The Royal Decree expansion, of which this card is a part, is included in Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Collector's Edition or in Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Expansions, according to the BGG item description.
