more per room when you are

Notes
- The card is the only component with printed rules text. The printed text does not include a rules sheet or say when during the game the card is used beyond the card's own wording. Use the base Castles of Mad King Ludwig rules for taking turns, the scoring of points, and the coins and money in the game.
- The effect applies while the player holding the card is the Master Builder, as the card's printed text states. Each room counts for the extra coin, so the amount is 1 coin per room, not a flat 1 coin.
- The Royal Decree expansion, of which this card is a part, is included in Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Collector's Edition or in Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Expansions, according to the BGG item description.
