Promo Cards

Hortgully

• Card type: Hero (printed label "HERO")
• Card code: SA01
• Shape: a diagram of a shape pattern with a sword-marked space and four sun-marked spaces, shown on the card.

Ability:

If drawn adjacent to a mountain space, gain 1 coin.

Slime

• Card type: Ambush (the English label is hidden on the scan; the German printing of the same card is labelled "HINTERHALT", Ambush)
• Card code: SA02 (partly visible on the scan)
• Shape: a 2x2 block of four spaces, each marked with the Slime symbol, shown on the card. The card also shows a purple monster symbol with two arrows.

Ability:

When all spaces of the Slime are surrounded or destroyed, draw two 1x1 monster shapes in any unfilled spaces on your map.

Jael's Advice

• Card type: not printed as a label on the scan. The card carries a reputation-star scoring marker with the number 1P beneath it.
• Card code: SA03
• Diagram: a sample map layout with terrain spaces and scoring stars, plus a row of seven terrain symbols in brackets, followed by a not-equal sign and a star. The diagram is shown on the card and is not transcribed as text.

Ability:

Gain one reputation star for each different terrain type adjacent to each mountain.

Stonespine Mountains

• Card type: Explore (the English type label is hidden on the scan; the German printing of the same card is labelled "ERKUNDUNG", Explore)
• Card code: not legible on the scan
• Icons: a token in the top-left corner showing the number 0 with a symbol next to it; a mountain symbol with a coin symbol; and a grey square shape.

Ability:

The card has no ability text. Its only printed content is the icons described above, and no written ability is given for them.

Notes on Gaps

• The English scan is a low-resolution product image. The English type labels for Slime and Stonespine Mountains are partly hidden by overlapping cards; their types above come from the German printing.
• Jael's Advice has no type label on either the English or the German scan, so none is given here.
• The diagrams and icon-only elements on Hortgully and Stonespine Mountains are described rather than transcribed as text, because the cards print no words for them.
• The card codes are shown as printed where legible. The Stonespine Mountains code is not legible on the scan.
