If the Poisoner poisons the Mayor the same night the Imp attacks, does the Mayor's bounce work?

No. The Poisoner wakes before the Imp and their effect is immediate, so the Mayor is already poisoned and has no ability when the Imp attacks. A poisoned Mayor dies if attacked.
