When Uriah Boone is neutralized, the villain follows the usual steps except that his miniature is not removed from the board. It is laid down in a horizontal position (Uriah Boone is still considered neutralized). When the event tile is activated, the villain replaces the miniature upright and flips his tile active side face up. They then place the life points marker at its initial value. The villain's event tile cannot be neutralized.
