Wu Fang
Wu Fang gives you a personal action space. On your turn, during the Action Phase, you can place 1 Engineer in this space to immediately produce a number of energy units equal to the number of Water Drops currently held by your Dams. You do not move the Water Drops and you do not add any bonuses to this production. The energy units produced let you advance on the Energy Track and fulfil a Contract.
If on your turn you choose to copy this ability using Mahiri Sekibo, you can perform Wu Fang's special action by placing 1 of your Engineers in the bank. This does not give you Credits from the bank.
Automa rules: before determining Automa's action, check whether the Water Drops it holds are greater than or equal to the number of energy units needed to fulfil the Contract shown on the Automa tile in the production section. If so, then as its action Automa places 1 Engineer in this officer's action space and produces a number of energy units equal to the number of Water Drops it holds. It then fulfils the best possible Contract (if there are several, the one further to the right).
Also, before determining whether Automa will build a structure, and which structure, if it has the required technology and the required machinery, it prefers to build a Dam Base or (as a second option) an Elevation instead of the structures shown on the Automa tile.
Dr. Octavius
When producing energy with a production action and using your Powerhouse, you can move Water Drops from 2 or more of your Dams (and/or Neutral Dams) connected to the Powerhouse you are using.

If you play the German company and have already unlocked its special ability, Dr. Octavius's ability can be used only with your first energy production.
If on your turn you choose to copy this ability using Mahiri Sekibo, you can perform a production action applying Dr. Octavius's ability.
Automa rules: when estimating the potential number of energy units produced, Automa looks for the best available system, taking into account all possible sources of Water Drops. Also, when choosing where to build a Dam Base, Automa prefers, from all available spaces, the one that connects to its Powerhouse (via a built or unbuilt Conduit).
