Setup Changes
Add the new tiles to the respective stacks. Same as per regular rules, if you choose to use the promo Cerdà scoring tile, you need to remove the corresponding Modernisme Project tile.
Tiles Description
Gain 3 Victory Points for up to 5 of your Building markers on the main board that are placed at the top of their stack of Building markers on non-Corner Buildings. (A single marker on a Building tile is both at the bottom and at the top of its "stack.")
Gap in the source: the sheet prints one description under "Tiles Description" and does not attribute it to the Modernisme Project tile or the Cerdà scoring tile. The tile images on the sheet show both tiles marked "3" and "MAX 5". The text of the second tile's effect is not on this sheet, so it has not been added here. The companion German promo PDF listed on BGG may contain the full texts; it was not obtained.
